Rent To Own is more profitable than conventional financing or leasing. Rent To Own had a much lower chase rate than Buy Here/Pay Here. It also has a better cash flow, and involves less risk.

With Rent To Own you still own the car until all of the payments are made. If the renter decides to skip town with your vehicle before all of his payments are made it becomes a criminal matter, not just a vicil matter.
